1-on-1 Sport Specific Personal Training
Individual sessions that cater to the athlete’s goals in order to excel in their specific sport/position and transform into the next level athlete.
Semi-Private Strength and Conditioning
Mixed sports athletes grouped into sizes of 2-4 individuals to improve skills in areas of agility, endurance, and core strength. Programming will be focused towards incorporating exercises that translate directing to their sport.
Team Strength and Conditioning
Full body strength and conditioning to increase cardiovascular health and teach the body to perform functional movements that translate specifically to that team’s sport. Group sizes vary from 4-12 persons.
